This vacation villa in Positano is in Nocelle which is the middle sized villa located within the magnificent Nocelle Villa Complex with pool, located high above Positano, 6 km from the sea and offering the most spectacular views that the Amalfi coast can offer. The vacation villa has a surface of 50 m2.

This Positano vacation rental is 5000 sq m2 included gardens and pool and the owner has restored and totally restructured three magnificent villas (see also Villa Nocelle Mid and High) using the best materials and respecting the architectural traditions of this enchanting mountain village.

The vacation villas share a swimming pool and make a perfect choice for large groups travelling together. Villa Nocelle High is the second largest (120 sq m) and has two bedrooms and a sofa bed for 1 person. This is about the highest property in the Positano area and therefore offering magnificent views on the Capo di Sorrento and Positano: a truly spectacular vista.

This vacation villa in Positano has a large living room divided into dining area, sitting area with a table seating four, a comfortable sofa and armchairs. There is a cooking area equipped with electric oven, microwave and fridge. There is one bedroom, with next to it a luxry bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and rain-shower. Both the living room and the double room have access to the terrace with the magnificient view of Positano.

The swimming pool is located next to the Nocelle High and can be reached taking some steps. Together with Nocelle Low and High this magnificent villa can sleep up to 12 persons comfortably.

This vacation villa in Positano is located in Nocelle which is a small mountain village with only 200 inhabitants. It belongs to Positano and can be reached by a 5 KM winding road. Nocelle is only connected by a road since 1990. Before it could only be reached by a 1000 steps. Nocelle is known for its beautiful mountain trails like the famous 'God's Trail' (Sentiero degli Dei). From here you can walk all the way to Ravello and Amalfi. Nocelle has a parking place at the entrance of the town. There is a small grocery shop, a very good restaurant and a church. A bus runs every hour to Positano.

Cancellation Policy

More than 40 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 40 days before the start of the renting period, the Client will be liable for 30% of the rental price.
Between than 30 and 39 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking between 30 and 39 days prior to the start of the renting period, the Client will be liable for 60% of the rental price.
Between than 29 and 15 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking between 29 and 15 days prior to the start of the renting period, the Client will be liable for 80% of the rental price.

Within 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 days of the start of the rental period, the Client will be liable for 100% of the rental price.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
