Amalfi Coast Villa: Villa Giulia

This Sorrento luxury villa is a beautifully restored villa with private pool looking out on the Gulf of Naples, Sorrento and Capri. This Sorrento villa can be rented entirely, but can also be rented in 3 independent units, all with complete privacy and independent entrances.

This holiday villa is located about 2 km outside the small, but lively town of St. Agata sui due Golfi, best known for the 3 star Michelin cook Don Alfonso. A small road leads to Villa Giulia from where you enter the property to a private parking place good enough for 4 cars.

Giulia 2 ( sleeps 6): The first apartment inside the villa has a private courtyard with a large professional barbecue and pizza oven. A perfect place to enjoy an al-fresco diner. From here you enter the apartment stepping into the kitchen-living room. There is also a Mezzanine with two single beds. From here you can enter the two bedrooms that both have a double bed and both en-suite bathrooms. All the bathrooms in the villa have been decorated with designed materials and warm colorful Mediterranean tiles.
From one double bedroom you have direct views on Capri, from the other room you look out over Sorrento and the Gulf of Naples. There is a second fully equipped kitchen and living room also with private entrance. This makes the Giulia 2 perfect for 2 families staying together, but with there own utilities and privacy.

Giulia 3 (sleeps 4+2): The second apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa. In front of the entrance there is a large private terrace looking out on the beautiful maintained garden with olive trees and small vineyard. This apartment has two double bedrooms both with en-suite bathroom. In between there is a large living room with a double sofa bed. Next to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen.

Giulia Dependance (sleeps 2): The dependance lies next to the villa and next to the pool. This is the perfect place for a couple that wants to have full privacy and all comforts of that of a luxury villa. The double bed with en-suite bathroom is located on a wooden mezzanine. When you step into the dependance you will find the living room with fully equipped kitchen.

The pool (12 by 4 meter) is located on the most panoramic location inside the property. From here you have amazing 180 degree views over Sorrento, Mount Vesuvius and Capri. Next to the pool there is a dressing room with toilet and shower.

The entire Sorrento villa is surrounded by Mediterranean plants, olive trees, vineyard and flowers.
