This apartment in Amalfi Coast is set in a 17th century villa situated in a superb position in the village of Praiano, within a walking distance from the heart of Vettica Maggiore. The property can sleep up to 6 people and is only a ten-minute walk to numerous bars and restaurants. This Praiano accommodation has two bedrooms with a double bed each and two bathrooms featuring a shower (one is en-suite). The living area of this apartment in Amalfi Coast comes with a comfortable sofa bed, satellite TV, a computer, air conditioning and ADSL internet connection. The fitted kitchen of this Praiano accommodation is equipped with all the amenities and utensils you need, including a dining table and chairs. There is a large shaded terrace furnished with a table, chairs and sun beds. Notice you have to climb 40 steps to reach the property. Parking is possible for free on the communal streel at 300 metres far or, depending on the availability, at a close-by private parking area at euro 12 per day (needs to be booked in advance).
About Amalfi Coast Praiano
Located next to Positano and the Amalfi Coast, Praiano was once the summer residence of the Dogi of the Amalfi Republic. In the past they had a flourishing silk industry but this disappeared in the XIX century; during the XX century the discovery of coral restarted the economical interest of the area. Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Within 45 to 30 days: if a client cancels within 45 and 30 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 50% of the total rental
Within 29 and 4 days: if a client cancels within 29 and 4 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 70% of the total rental
Within 3 days: if a client cancels within 3 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the total rental
Within 7 days: if a client cancels within 7 days their arrival, you will be liable for the whole booking amount
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
