This Amalfi Coast accommodation is set in the hamlet of Garitta located in the exclusive Positano. This villa in Positano can sleep up to 8 people and offers a large swimming pool among pine trees and bougainvillea, inserted in the rock and following its natural shape. This two-level villa in Positano has four bedrooms with a double bed each and two bathrooms featuring a shower, plus two WC. The living area of this Amalfi Coast accommodation comes with a satellite TV with DVD/DVX player and CD player, air conditioning and two large terraces with spectacular views of the sea and the coast, tiled with typical Italian terracotta. The kitchen of this villa in Positano is well equipped with all modern Italian appliances and utensils you need to prepare your favourite dishes. Notice you have to climb down some steps to reach the property or taking the funicular (15 steps). The villa has direct access to the II Germano beach by funicular and elevator. Dream Villa is reachable by a funicular and few steps. Paying parking is possible in private garages at 20 Euro a day, depending on car size and season the price might vary. Free parking is definitely limited so we suggest to make prior arrangements with us to book a car parking spot in the private area.

The villa is situated close to the town centre and offers stunning views of the village and Capri. The centre of Positano is dominated by the brightly coloured "maiolica" dome of Santa Maria Assunta, the main church of Positano. The church not only holds a magnificent collection of intriguing works of art from the XIII, and XVI century, the church is also a very important part of daily life for many local inhabitants of Positano. Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Within 45 to 30 days: if a client cancels within 45 and 30 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 50% of the total rental
Within 29 and 4 days: if a client cancels within 29 and 4 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 70% of the total rental
Within 3 days: if a client cancels within 3 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the total rental
Within 7 days: if a client cancels within 7 days their arrival, you will be liable for the whole booking amount
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
