This villa in Amalfi Coast is set on the ground floor of a semi-detached building located in the most perfect spot of the village in Praiano, embraced by the splendid vista of the bay and its abundant garden. The property can sleep up to 4 people and is only a minute walk to the town centre. This Praiano accommodation has one bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom featuring a shower. The living area of this villa in Amalfi Coast comes with a double sofa bed, flat screen satellite TV, fireplace, stereo system, heating, air conditioning and ADSL internet connection. The kitchen of this Praiano accommodation is well equipped with all the amenities and utensils you need to cook a meal at home. The private garden includes a large table and seating for six guests shaded by the old-fashion porch of the villa. The villa is accessible by a short flight of steps (circa 15 steps) and walking about 200 meters from the main road. Parking is possible for free on the communal street at 400 metres far from the house

Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Within 45 to 30 days: if a client cancels within 45 and 30 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 50% of the total rental
Within 29 and 4 days: if a client cancels within 29 and 4 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 70% of the total rental
Within 3 days: if a client cancels within 3 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the total rental
Within 7 days: if a client cancels within 7 days their arrival, you will be liable for the whole booking amount
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
