This Amalfi Coast holiday villa is set in the top part of Praiano. This short term rental in the Amalfi Coast can sleep up to 8 people and is within a walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants. This two-level Praiano accommodation has three bedrooms, two bedrooms come with a double bed, while the third bedroom contains twin beds (two extra beds can be added in any of the three bedrooms). There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other one featuring a bathtub. The living area of this Amalfi Coast holiday villa includes satellite TV with DVD player, a fireplace, heating, air conditioning, stereo system and ADSL internet connection. The apartment has air conditioning, at extra cost, only on the top floor, whilst winter heating is available in the whole villa. TV' are available in the lower floor living room and in the top floor bedroom. TVs offer SAT channels and some foreigner news channels. This Praiano accommodation offers two kitchens equipped with all the amenities and utensils you need to prepare your favourite dishes. There is a large terrace with tables, chairs and sun beds overlooking Positano, the main square of Praiano, the Mediterranean Sea and all the way to the island of Capri. The villa is accessible by a short flight of steps (circa 40 steps) plus walking about 100 meters by foot. It is located on the first floor. Parking is possible for free on the communal streel at 300 metres far or, depending on the availability, at a close-by private parking area at Euro 10 per day (needs to be booked in advance).
About Amalfi Coast Praiano
Located next to Positano and the Amalfi Coast, Praiano was once the summer residence of the Dogi of the Amalfi Republic. In the past they had a flourishing silk industry but this disappeared in the XIX century; during the XX century the discovery of coral restarted the economical interest of the area. Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Within 45 to 30 days: if a client cancels within 45 and 30 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 50% of the total rental
Within 29 and 4 days: if a client cancels within 29 and 4 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 70% of the total rental
Within 3 days: if a client cancels within 3 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the total rental
Within 7 days: if a client cancels within 7 days their arrival, you will be liable for the whole booking amount
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
