Positano Villa La Fiorita is an ancestral family home located along the via Pasitea, which winds its way through Positano. This Positano villa is conveniently located within walking distance of local shops and restaurants.

Built in the 18th century, the Villa is the ancestral family home of an antiques dealer who has lovingly and carefully filled the house with many lovely pieces. The villa is marked by several terraces, each beautifully planted with bougainvillea, lemon trees, roses and other plants.

Villa la Fiorita is furnished with antiques and wonderful works of art - a combination of old prints, etchings and sketches plus some more contemporary landscapes. There are vaulted ceilings and tile floors throughout as is typical of the architecture of the region.

This Positano villa comprises of a small sitting room with fireplace and french windows to a wonderful terrace. The dining room comes with an antique Tuscan table for eight, also with fireplace and French windows to terrace and garden area.

The large kitchen/breakfast room comes with French windows to the terrace and the study offers those and interest in reading an with extensive library and and wonderful french windows that lead out onto the terrace.

There are three twin bedrooms (each one can be made up as doubles) all with French windows that lead to the shared terrace.

There are two bathrooms, one with shower, the other with tub.

It can be rented with the upstairs penthouse “ Penthouse Fiorita ” to accommodate a party of 10 or with “ Il Pettirosso ” to accommodate a total of 14/15.
