About Amalfi Coast Praiano
Located next to Positano and the Amalfi Coast, Praiano was once the summer residence of the Dogi of the Amalfi Republic. In the past they had a flourishing silk industry but this disappeared in the XIX century; during the XX century the discovery of coral restarted the economical interest of the area. The apartment is accessible by a deep flight of steps from the closer parking area (circa 150 steps) plus walking about 100 meters by foot, NOT idial at all for people with walking problems. The apartment is also reacheable via an alternative way of 80 steps and 300 meters of path from the local bus stop and private parking area. It is located on the ground floor. Parking is possible for free on the communal street at 300 metres far or, depending on the availability, at a close-by private parking area at Euro 12 per day (needs to be booked in advance). Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Within 45 to 30 days: if a client cancels within 45 and 30 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 50% of the total rental
Within 29 and 4 days: if a client cancels within 29 and 4 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 70% of the total rental
Within 3 days: if a client cancels within 3 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the total rental
Within 7 days: if a client cancels within 7 days their arrival, you will be liable for the whole booking amount
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
