This Amalfi Coast apartment is located in Vettica di Praiano with a stunning view of Positano, Li Galli and Capri islands. The property can sleep up to 6 people and is only a 15-minute walk to La Gavitella beach. This Praiano accommodation has two bedrooms and two bathrooms featuring a shower. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom contains twin beds. The living area of this Amalfi Coast apartment is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, satellite TV with DVD player, a computer, air conditioning and ADSL internet connection. The kitchen of this Praiano accommodation is well equipped with all the amenities and utensils you need, including a table and chairs. There is also a private terrace with a table, chairs and sun beds. The apartment is accessible by a short flight of steps (circa 50 steps) walking for about 300 meters by foot. It is located on the first floor. Parking is possible for free on the communal streel at 400 metres or, depending on the availability, at a close-by private parking area at Euro 10 per day (needs to be booked in advance).

Located next to Positano and the Amalfi Coast, Praiano was once the summer residence of the Dogi of the Amalfi Republic. In the past they had a flourishing silk industry but this disappeared in the XIX century; during the XX century the discovery of coral restarted the economical interest of the area. Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Within 45 to 30 days: if a client cancels within 45 and 30 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 50% of the total rental
Within 29 and 4 days: if a client cancels within 29 and 4 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 70% of the total rental
Within 3 days: if a client cancels within 3 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the total rental
Within 7 days: if a client cancels within 7 days their arrival, you will be liable for the whole booking amount
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
