This Amalfi Coast apartment is set in a building located just east of the charming village of Praiano, next to the pebbled beach of La Praia. The property can sleep up to 3 people and is within walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants. This Praiano accommodation has one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom featuring a bathtub. The living area of this Amalfi Coast apartment comes with a comfortable sofa bed, a TV and a reserved parking area just off the road. The kitchen of this Praiano accommodation is equipped with all the amenities and utensils you need to cook a meal at home. There is also a large terrace with stunning views. The apartment is accessible by a deep flight of steps (circa 150 steps from the parking) or from the beach area within 30 steps. It is located on the ground floor. Free parking is possible in our private garage on the street level, located at the top of the 150 steps.
About Amalfi Coast Praiano
Located next to Positano and the Amalfi Coast, Praiano was once the summer residence of the Dogi of the Amalfi Republic. In the past they had a flourishing silk industry but this disappeared in the XIX century; during the XX century the discovery of coral restarted the economical interest of the area. Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Within 45 to 30 days: if a client cancels within 45 and 30 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 50% of the total rental
Within 29 and 4 days: if a client cancels within 29 and 4 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 70% of the total rental
Within 3 days: if a client cancels within 3 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the total rental
Within 7 days: if a client cancels within 7 days their arrival, you will be liable for the whole booking amount
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
