La Sponda is a luxury holiday villa in Positano. Life doesn't get better for those who stay here. Made up of 3 apartments all dating back to the XIIIth century, it offers breathtaking views over the Amalfi Coast, Capri and Positano.

La Sponda is made up of Il Torre, La Cisterna and La Piccola Cisterna and is for those people looking for an unusual but special retreat. Located On a hillside, surrounded by trees, it is only a short walk from the "buzz" of Positano. Guests will love living in this unique converted 13th century watch tower with panoramic views from its terraces and beautiful furnishings.

All three apartments can be booked individually or together and offer a private path down to the beach, individual sundecks, maid service and a garden with some of the best views in Italy.

La Cisterna has a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms; a double bed and two single beds that can be joined as one large double bed, and two bathrooms

Piccola Cisterna’s large master bedroom with ensuite bath with tub and a second bath with shower and washing machine makes for luxurious living. The living room has a sofa bed that can sleep two.

Il Torre is accessed by a private walkway to the tower where you'll find a circular tower room dominated by a pretty iron framed four poster king size bed, as well as plenty of seating, a fireplace and sea views. There is also a separate cottage with a living room, small kitchenette and bathroom.

Positano is a dramatically beautiful town clinging to the cliff over the turquoise waters below. Positano is the pearl of the Amalfi Coast and is located in one of the most beautiful valleys in the area, and the valley opens up to an equally magnificent stretch of coastline.

The center of Positano is dominated by the brightly coloured "maiolica" dome of Santa Maria Assunta, the main church of Positano. The church not only holds a magnificent collection of intriguing works of art from the XIII, and XVI century, the church is also a very important part of daily life for many local inhabitants of Positano.

Positano also has it’s glamorous and fashionable side and this is just one of the many reasons that tourists from all over the world flock to the pathways, and boutiques of Positano each summer.

With it's beauty, luxurious hotels, bars, restaurants, and shops, Positano is the perfect place to discover the Amalfi Coast.

Cancellation Policy

More than 40 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 40 days before the start of the renting period, the Client will be liable for 30% of the rental price.
Between than 30 and 39 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking between 30 and 39 days prior to the start of the renting period, the Client will be liable for 60% of the rental price.
Between than 29 and 15 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking between 29 and 15 days prior to the start of the renting period, the Client will be liable for 80% of the rental price.

Within 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 days of the start of the rental period, the Client will be liable for 100% of the rental price.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
