Villa Gioia is a fabulous holiday villa in Positano, Amalfi Coast, and is is located in a completely renovated old patrician Mediterranean home in the center of Positano. This holiday villa is situated in the pedestrianised area of Postano which is a few steps from the main beach.

Postano holiday Villa Gioia is for those who want to be in the heart of Positano and with the possibilities to cook a small meal and enjoy PositanoÂ´s luxury beach life and have the service of a hotel.

This accommodation provides 10 luxury holiday apartments all of whice are completely furnished, including kitchenette, telephone, TV-Sat, Stereo, Electronic safe, air conditioning/heating, terrace or large balcony facing the sea.

The one bedroom holiday apartment comprises of one large bedroom with a king size bed and with adjoining bathroom with Jacuzzi massage. There's a separate living room with kitchen area plus sitting area with a double sofa bed.

The large terrace will offer you amazing views of the sea.

The center of Positano is dominated by the brightly coloured "maiolica" dome of Santa Maria Assunta, the main church of Positano. The church not only holds a magnificent collection of intriguing works of art from the XIII, and XVI century, the church is also a very important part of daily life for many local inhabitants of Positano.

Positano also has itâ€™s glamorous and fashionable side and this is just one of the many reasons that tourists from all over the world flock to the pathways, and boutiques of Positano each summer.

Cancellation Policy

More than 40 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 40 days before the start of the renting period, the Client will be liable for 30% of the rental price.
Between than 30 and 39 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking between 30 and 39 days prior to the start of the renting period, the Client will be liable for 60% of the rental price.
Between than 29 and 15 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking between 29 and 15 days prior to the start of the renting period, the Client will be liable for 80% of the rental price.

Within 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 days of the start of the rental period, the Client will be liable for 100% of the rental price.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
