This two room Amalfi Coast accommodation is 30 square meters and sleeps 2+1. Apartment Colomba 6 is composed of: a double-room with a sofa-bed for a person, small kitchen, bathroom with shower, Wide terrace equipped with dining facilities and a splendid sea-view. This Amalfi Coast accommdoation is comes with a charming, large, terrace with a stunning sea-view of Positano. It has a large bedroom with a double bed, a well equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with whirlpool shower. It is equipped with air conditioning. The place is new, luminous and elegantly furnished. The accommodation was carried out according to the characteristic local architecture. The floors are tiled with lucid Vietri majolica tiles. From the main door one enters the elegant bedroom, furnished with a wooden bed, bed side tables and a built-in wardrobe. A glass door leads out to the terrace. Entering the terrace from the bedroom, ones sight is immediately caught by the amazing view: the blue of the sea, the unique profile of the coast, the brightness of the sky and the colours that make Positano unforgettable. This can be enjoyed day and night, from this beautiful large and private Positano-style terrace: a true privilege. The terrace is covered by a grapevine pergola. At the back and on the side there are the cliff and the lively Mediterranean vegetation, typical of the coast. On the front the view of Positano, of the sun and of the sea. Deck chairs, table and chairs to dine "al fresco", will allow to relax outdoors. Also, the terrace has a long brickwork bench, covered by "cotto" tiles. The floor is covered by "cotto" tiles, as well. The terrace can also be entered from the kitchen. The kitchen has a complete furnishing, which includes table, chairs, 4-burner cooker, oven, fridge-freezer.
About Amalfi Coast Positano
Ludovica apartments have been just built in Positano centre in a splendid panoramic position. These nine apartments have all of them a beautiful sea-view of the Amalfi Coast with the green orchards laying over the emerald-green sea water. These houses are furnished with taste, with every comfort (e.g. air conditioning and TV Colour) and with the typical ceramic floors from Vietri. Our guests can combine the stay in Positano with the visit of the other resorts of the Amalfi Coast (Amalfi, Ravello, Vietri,) because the National Road 163 goes not so far from the apartments. Besides, tourists cannot miss the nightlife of Positano which is one of the most exclusive and refined in Italy. Casa Colomba is centrally located in Positano, roughly 50 steps from the main road, from the local bus stop, and from a guarded parking lot. Guests of Suite Romantica can park their car in this area at a reduced price. The beach is approximately 1 km (half a mile) down the road. one can also easily reach the sea and the beach facilities by an elevator, approximately 250 meters (270 yards) from the apartment. Shops and restaurants are close by. To reach the accommodation, one has to climb up roughly 50 steps – there is no lift- , but consider that this is the feature and the beauty of Positano: steps everywhere. One has to either climb up or go down. Positano is a village on the Amalfi Coast which is well connected both by land and by sea. ProcessHow to book: Just enter your dates, find a Amalfi Coast rental you like and click "Book Now". We will then ask for contact details and a down payment to reserve your accommodation in Amalfi Coast. That's it! Your booking is confirmed! - Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
