Amalfi Coast rental description
This apartment rental in Positano lies in a panoramic position in the central part of Positano in the Punta Reginella district, about 500 meters from the lovely main beach, but with limited view of the sea. It has been recently furnished with good quality modern furniture and equipped with heating and air-conditioning. Its lovely terrace of about 30 square meters is equipped with sun beds, chairs and table, and you have views of the town centre and shopping area of Positano. Near the apartment there are several excellent restaurants, many typical bars where you can njoy a drink and some delicious food, and where you can watch the people going by. Also of note are the many fashion shops with the typical gaily-colored Positano fashions in their windows - there is no way you will get bored in Positano. Parking is difficult in the area but you can park in private garages 100 meters from the apartment. Charlotte consists of one bedroom, one full bathroom with bath tub and hair dryer, a living room with fold out sofa bed (that can accommodate one additional person at an extra € 80 per week), and an excellent well equipped kitchen. Near the apartment there is a grocery shop. Nearby apartment is Isabel that sleeps 4 people, if you have a larger group. Note the excellent and strategic position of the apartment, in the central area and easy walk to the sea.

Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Within 45 to 30 days: if a client cancels within 45 and 30 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 50% of the total rental
Within 29 and 4 days: if a client cancels within 29 and 4 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 70% of the total rental
Within 3 days: if a client cancels within 3 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the total rental
Within 7 days: if a client cancels within 7 days their arrival, you will be liable for the whole booking amount
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
