This Sorrento apartment is a three-roomed lodging of 75 m 2, sleeps 4+2, composed of: wide living-room with sofa-bed (Satellite TV) dining-table, kitchen with breakfast counter (fridge, oven, washing-machine), a double room with sea-view, a bathroom with shower, another double room and another bathroom with shower. The terrace equipped with table and chairs from where you can enjoy a stunning 180 °sea-view with Naples, Pozzuoli and Vesuvius. From the terrace you can enjoy fabulous sunsets.

This charming Sorrento apartment is located in Marina Grande (Sorrento) along the seafront of the beach. This home is situated in a quiet area, in a typical ancient fishermen's Village, but at the same time close to the centre of Sorrento. Home “Marina Grande” is in an ancient building facing the ocean - which is less than 20 m away- but it has been just renewed and it is equipped with air-conditioning. On the west-side of Marina Grande (on the left when facing the ocean), one can find a nice small sandy beach where umbrellas, deckchairs and a bar are available and where kids can safely swim. More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
