To reach this apartment rental in Sorrento, you will have to reach the Santa Lucia neighbourhood (from the name of the saint of the light who the main church of the quarter it is dedicated to) and then the Primavera buildings. This vacation apartment is on the third floor with lift. The main door leads to a corridor which leads to the double bedroom. On the left You can find the bathroom with shower and the living-room with cooking corner. There is also a terrace where you can eat in the open air. This apartment rental in Sorrento is particularly quiet. The double room is equipped with a big wardrobe and it connects to the terrace. The living-room comes with a nice sofa bed and a table with chairs. On the other side of the same room there is a extremely efficient and equipped cooking-corner. Also the the living-room connects to the terrace. The bathroom , equipped with shower, is small but efficient and it has been recently renewed

This apartment rental in Sorrento is a small and graceful apartment of 50 square meters. It is a modern apartment and it has been recently renewed. The apartment is located in Sorrento centre, in the quiet neighbourhood of Santa Lucia. This area is a few hundred meters from the main square of Sorrento, Piazza Tasso. NearCasa Margherita there are many shops: supermarket, confectioner’s, laudry, fruit and vegetable market, restaurants etc., but at the same time this is in a very quiet area. If You arrive by car, there are many payment car parkings not far from the apartment. The railway station is about 500 meters away. More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
