You enter this wonderful holiday apartment in Amalfi Coast through a large gate that leads to a private parking place. Before getting to the villa you will find a very large and comfortable terrace from where you have beautiful views on Positano. The gardens are meticulously maintained and give a very fresh and peaceful touch to the property. The property has plenty of trees and the typical Mediterranean vegetation.

The Laurito Piccolo can be rented together with the Laurito Grande and can host in total 11 persons comfortably.

Outside this holiday apartment in Amalfi Coast leads a private path towards the sea. This is a beautiful walk and once down at the waterfront you will be completely on your own. There is no real beach, but you can get easily into the water from the rocks.There is a bus stop just outside the property from where you can go towards Positano or Praiano.

This part of the Amalfi Coast hosts one of the most prestigious villas and hotels. Next to the Casa Laurito you can find the famous hotel San Pietro for example.

Cancellation Policy

More than 40 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 40 days before the start of the renting period, the Client will be liable for 30% of the rental price.
Between than 30 and 39 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking between 30 and 39 days prior to the start of the renting period, the Client will be liable for 60% of the rental price.
Between than 29 and 15 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking between 29 and 15 days prior to the start of the renting period, the Client will be liable for 80% of the rental price.

Within 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 days of the start of the rental period, the Client will be liable for 100% of the rental price.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
