This Amalfi Coast apartment is set in one of the most enchanting part of Praiano village, close to the square of San Gennaro church. The property can sleep up to 5 people and is only a four-minute walk to Gavitella beach. This Praiano accommodation has three bedrooms; two bedrooms with a double bed and the third bedroom with a single bed. There is a bathroom featuring a bathtub, plus an additional WC. The living area of this Amalfi Coast apartment contains a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, air conditioning and ADSL internet connection. The kitchen of this Praiano accommodation is well equipped with all the amenities and utensils you need to cook a meal at home. The apartment is accessible by a short flight of steps (circa 15 steps) and walking about 200 meters from the main road. It is located on the first floor of a small building. Parking is possible for free on the communal street at 400 metres far from the house.

Located next to Positano and the Amalfi Coast, Praiano was once the summer residence of the Dogi of the Amalfi Republic. In the past they had a flourishing silk industry but this disappeared in the XIX century; during the XX century the discovery of coral restarted the economical interest of the area. Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Within 45 to 30 days: if a client cancels within 45 and 30 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 50% of the total rental
Within 29 and 4 days: if a client cancels within 29 and 4 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 70% of the total rental
Within 3 days: if a client cancels within 3 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the total rental
Within 7 days: if a client cancels within 7 days their arrival, you will be liable for the whole booking amount
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
