This Positano based vacation rentals apartment, Caldiero Otto, is part of the Caldiero Complex, a prestigious residence offering holiday apartments and vacation rentals in a prime location in Positano. All apartments face the sea and offer breathtaking views. Situated in the heart of the little town, 2 minutes from the main beach and 5 minutes from the Fornillo Beach in Positano.

Caldiero lies within walking distance from the little port of Positano with its daily services to many touristy destinations like Amalfi, Furore, Sorrento, the Grotta dello Smeraldo and Capri. From the property it is an easy walk to the main attractions of Positano. The Caldiero Complex can both be reached from the main beach and from the upper side from Viale Pasitea.

There are three bedrooms here. One double, one with twin bedrom and the third is a single bedroom. All bedrooms come with their own bathroom with shower. The living room offers views across the Mediterranean and there is a fully equipped kitchen.

Cancellation Policy

More than 40 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 40 days before the start of the renting period, the Client will be liable for 30% of the rental price.
Between than 30 and 39 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking between 30 and 39 days prior to the start of the renting period, the Client will be liable for 60% of the rental price.
Between than 29 and 15 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking between 29 and 15 days prior to the start of the renting period, the Client will be liable for 80% of the rental price.

Within 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 days of the start of the rental period, the Client will be liable for 100% of the rental price.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
