This Amalfi Coast apartment is set on the third floor of a recently refurbished building located near the bay of La Praia, the main beach of Praiano. The property can sleep up to 7 people and is only a 15-minute walk to the centre of Vettica di Praiano. This Praiano accommodation has two bedrooms and two bathrooms decorated with colourful Vietri ceramics, one with a shower and the other one featuring a bathtub. The master bedroom comes with a double bed, while the second bedroom contains twin beds and a private corner with a sofa bed, a table and two chairs. The living area of this Amalfi Coast apartment includes a double sofa bed, a TV with DVD player, heating, air conditioning and ADSL internet connection. The open-plan kitchen of this Praiano accommodation is well equipped with all modern conveniences, including an electric oven and dishwasher. There is also a large, private terrace with a panoramic view overlooking the ocean from Conca Dei Marini to Capo Sottile. The apartment is accessible by a steep flight of steps (circa 45 steps) and located on the third top floor. Parking is possible for free in the reserved parking located at the ground floor of the building.

Located next to Positano and the Amalfi Coast, Praiano was once the summer residence of the Dogi of the Amalfi Republic. In the past they had a flourishing silk industry but this disappeared in the XIX century; during the XX century the discovery of coral restarted the economical interest of the area. Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Within 45 to 30 days: if a client cancels within 45 and 30 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 50% of the total rental
Within 29 and 4 days: if a client cancels within 29 and 4 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 70% of the total rental
Within 3 days: if a client cancels within 3 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the total rental
Within 7 days: if a client cancels within 7 days their arrival, you will be liable for the whole booking amount
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
