This two-level Amalfi Coast holiday apartment is set in the historic town centre, near the church of San Luca in Praiano. The property can sleep up to 3 people and is only a 10-minue walk from the town centre with numerous bars and restaurants. This Praiano accommodation has one double bedroom with a wardrobe, en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and a balcony furnished with two sun beds and offering a superb view over Conca Dei Marini and Salerno bay. The bright living area of this Amalfi Coast holiday apartment comes with a sofa bed, a TV, stereo system, CD player, heating and air conditioning. The fitted kitchenette of this Praiano accommodation is well equipped with all the amenities and utensils you need, including a dishwasher and a dining table with chairs. Notice you have to climb a couple of steps to reach the apartment. The apartment is accessible directly by the street, no steps. It is located on the first and second floor of the building. Parking is easily possible for free on the communal streel at 150 metres far or reserving the private lot at Euro 10/daily.
About Amalfi Coast Praiano
Located next to Positano and the Amalfi Coast, Praiano was once the summer residence of the Dogi of the Amalfi Republic. In the past they had a flourishing silk industry but this disappeared in the XIX century; during the XX century the discovery of coral restarted the economical interest of the area. Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Within 45 to 30 days: if a client cancels within 45 and 30 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 50% of the total rental
Within 29 and 4 days: if a client cancels within 29 and 4 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 70% of the total rental
Within 3 days: if a client cancels within 3 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the total rental
Within 7 days: if a client cancels within 7 days their arrival, you will be liable for the whole booking amount
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
