Vacation Rental Description

Ravello Villa Wagner is located a short walk from the main piazza of Ravello, with the Duomo and the gardens of Villa Rufolo within easy reach. Just as conveniently accessible are the delightful restaurants which set their tables out in the Duomo's piazza in the evening for all to congregate and enjoy the local food and vibrant atmosphere.

This villa in Ravello offers a large swimming pool set on the main terrace of the complex, surrounded by magical scenery. The view from here is unbeatable as it takes in not only every shade of blue in the sea and sky, but also the verdant hillside which plunges down to the coast: once there you realise this is probably one of the most spectacular views in the whole of Italy. Villa Wagner is composed by 9 apartments, for a total capacity of 25 sleeps. This is perfectly suited for wedding parties, as the panoramic terraces are the ideal spot for a venue. Due to its fairly steep involving approximately 50 steps, as well as steps from the gate to the villa and apartments, Villa Wagner is not suitable for people that have difficulty walking or climbing steps.

Ravello partment Wagner is situated on the highest terrace of Villa Wagner garden, in a small single house secluded from the rest of the property. From its private patio, covered by a vineyard pergola, you can admire the splendid sea view. The patio is equipped with deckchairs, table and chairs to dine “al fresco” amidst breathtaking scenery. The apartment is cool and bright, the tiled floors in typical Vietri ceramics give a particular charm to the place.

Ravello apartment Wagner is composed by a big kitchen/living room, in the centre of which you will find the cooker and work surface facing the French door leading to the patio. Imagine cooking breakfast whilst watching the sunrise upon the hills and the sea! The kitchen is very well equipped with all the comforts: hob with four rings, toaster, fridge, kettle, crockery, table and chairs. The work surface is big enough to have lunch upon, as it has comfortable stools. There is a small sofa and armchair too.

A sliding door leads to a bight bedroom containing a single bed and spare single foldaway bed. This room has French door leading to the patio with sea view. Near this room there is a small bathroom with sink, wc and washing machine. A small corridor leads from the kitchen/living room to a master bedroom and a second bathroom with sink, wc and shower.
