This holiday apartment in Positano is perched atop the roof of the Villa La Fiorita. Penthouse Fiorita has its own private entrance from the street (80 steps). Essentially, it is a 2-story cottage which can be rented separately or together with the main villa.

This Positano apartment was recently featured in Casa Brava, one of Italy's most prestigious magazines that deals with interior design and architecture.

You step directly into the living/dining room which gives you also access to the kitchen. The kitchen has a washing machine. A bathroom with shower also lies on this level.

Upstairs are two cosy air- conditioned bedrooms, both very comfortable. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other two twins. A second bathroom with shower is on this level.

The owner is known for his collection of antiques and furniture and although the Penthouse Fiorita is smaller than his downstairs neighbour, it is a decorated with great taste and superior materials.

This wonderful Positano apartment has two large terraces from where you have stunning
views on the Fornillo part of Positano and all the way towards Salerno.

Positano is a dramatically beautiful town clinging to the cliff over the turquoise waters below. Positano is the pearl of the Amalfi Coast and is located in one of the most beautiful valleys in the area, and the valley opens up to an equally magnificent stretch of coastline.

The center of Positano is dominated by the brightly coloured "maiolica" dome of Santa Maria Assunta, the main church of Positano. The church not only holds a magnificent collection of intriguing works of art from the XIII, and XVI century, the church is also a very important part of daily life for many local inhabitants of Positano.

Positano also has it’s glamorous and fashionable side and this is just one of the many reasons that tourists from all over the world flock to the pathways, and boutiques of Positano each summer.

With it's beauty, luxurious hotels, bars, restaurants, and shops, Positano is the perfect place to discover the Amalfi Coast.

Penthoue Florita was absolutely charming! It was clean, spacious and had a sp ectacular view of Positano and the sea. The apartment certainly lived up to it's "little flower" name, there were flowers growing all over the beautiful, spacious terrace and the scent was heavenly. The staff was very helpful and absolutely lovely. I would stay at this apartment again in a heartbeat.

Cancellation Policy

More than 40 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 40 days before the start of the renting period, the Client will be liable for 30% of the rental price.
Between than 30 and 39 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking between 30 and 39 days prior to the start of the renting period, the Client will be liable for 60% of the rental price.
Between than 29 and 15 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking between 29 and 15 days prior to the start of the renting period, the Client will be liable for 80% of the rental price.

Within 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 days of the start of the rental period, the Client will be liable for 100% of the rental price.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
