This Avoriaz residence accommodation, Les Portes du Soleil, is located in the heart of a car-free resort perched above Morzine with direct access on skis, close to the Annie Famose Childrens’ Village and a stone’s throw away from resort life and shops. The residence features 110 fully-equipped apartments ranging from studios to 1-bedroom apartments depending on guests’ needs and can accommodate up to 5 people. Comprised of a single building with wooden facades, this holiday apartment rental in the French Alps, features a living area with a sofa bed(s), a bath or shower and a kitchenette which includes a cooking hob, a dishwasher (1-bed only), a microwave oven and a fridge. There is a TV with national channels and a vacuum cleaner. Please note that sleeping in the top bunk is not recommended for children under 6 years old. Guests also have access to Internet, ski lockers, payphones and free shuttle service to the slopes. Pre-booking kits are available such as baby kits, childrens’ clubs and ski equipment. This Avoriaz residence accommodation is located in Morzine in the Portes du Soleil ski area in the French Alps connected to Switzerland. It is the largest in the area in Europe with over 650km of tracks. Avoriaz is a traditional market town and pedestrian-only resort with various sports and other leisure activities available. This holiday apartment rental in the French Alps offers direct access to ski lifts (150m) and ski schools (near) and direct access to shops. The Avoriaz ski area has 70km of slopes with 50 runs, 45km of cross-country paths and 18km of walking paths; “The Stash” snowboard area – which is the first environmentally friendly snow park in Europe; and Portes du Soleil ski area which has 650km of slopes with 286 runs, 234km of cross-country paths and 250km of walking paths. After-ski activities include a “multi-activity” card which gives unlimited access (subject to availability) to the Altiform centre with fitness classes, weights, squash, skating rink and Bodyform area. There are also 2 squash courts, a nightclub, a cinema, bowling, a fitness centre: weight-training, sauna, jacuzzi, paragliding, dog sled team driving, horse-drawn sleigh rides, snow shoe trekking, helicopter flights, a snake slide (several sleds tied together), snow mountain-biking, ice-diving and hot-air balloon flights. Transfers: Geneva Airport (90 mins), Thonon TGV Station (60 mins).

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
