Alicante Villa: La Recoleta

This spacious luxury apartment, with hot and cold air-conditioning throughout is situated in a gated complex at La Recoleta, Punta Prima, just a few mins walk from the sea.

The property is situated on the 2nd floor in block 11 and comprises, living/dining room, tiled fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, en-suite bathroom, shower room, balcony with sea and pool view. English TV channels. 2 communal pools.

The living/dining room has 2 sofas with cushions, 2 wall units, wooden coffee table, glass dining table, 6 chairs, a floor standing lamp, table lamp and pictures.

Patio doors lead out onto the balcony with patio table and 4 chairs, enjoy your meals or a glass of Sangria, wine or beer taking in the sea view or pool view. So relaxing. The balcony has morning sunshine all the year.

For entertainment you have a television with English, French and German TV channels and a DVD player (please bring your own DVD's).

The large fitted kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, electric ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils. Plastic items (plates, beakers etc available for children or use at pool).

The property has 2 bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, 2 lamps, 2 uplighters, large fitted wardrobe with hangers and chest of drawers, alarm clock, window with curtains and comfy chair. There is an en-suite bathroom with bath, over the bath shower with shower screen, 2 sinks with vanity unit, large mirror, toilet and bidet.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, large fitted wardrobe with hangers, lamp, uplighter lighting, window with curtains.

The shower room has a shower with shower screen, toilet, sink with vanity unit and large mirror.

Additional items; hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and pegs.

Bed linen (beds will be made), 1 bath and 1 hand towel per person will be provided.

There are 3 sunloungers can be used in pool area.

Beach towels can be provided when booking at an additional laundry charge.

This is a no smoking apartment (there are ashtrays for use on the balcony). No pets.

Parking is available on the road outside the complex or in the underground parking space.

There are two communal swimming pools with gardens.

Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.

Grocery packs can be provided for your arrival.

Punta Prima beach, less than 5 mins walk.

Los Orlas restaurant and bar.

Punta Marina Commercial Centre with Consum supermarket, Wok buffet Chinese restaurant (eat as much as you like), La Piazza II restaurant, Subway sandwich bar, Dave's family bar, Captain's Table fish restaurant, McDonalds, shoe shop, pharmacy, cosmetics shop, electrical shop, petrol station. Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with its Flamenco dancing 2 nights a week (during the summer) booking advisable at Patio Andaluz.

Dinastia Chinese and Japanese restaurant is also in short walking distance as is Roberto's, Puccini's Italian (a favourite of many guests), Gandhi Indian, a Chinese and German restaurants.

Also in walking distance you have Carrefour supermarket, Astaurius Spanish restaurant Astaurius and the Go-kart track.

Punta Prima beach is a short walking distance.

Driving distance ...

Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are 4 courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La Finca (at Algorfa).

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the apartment; La Mata, Los Neufragos, Playa Cura, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cala Capitain Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

The shallow waters of Lo Pagan with its mud flaps (bask in mud!) is approx 15 mins drive.

The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive, or you can walk - about 30-45 mins walk.

A car is recommended, but not essential. Parking available in the underground car park or on the road.

An airport pickup service can be arranged if required.

We can also arrange airport transfer with car hire.

Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

The bus service to Torrevieja is hourly, and the bus stop is a short walk from the property.
 

1. Air conditioning is included in the rental price. A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability. A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning. Euro payments accepted, please e-mail for prices. Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account. Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card (we use paypal). You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay. You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday. Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed. Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge. Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items. Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required. Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.
