Alicante Villa: La Pinada Los Altos

This South Easterly facing 3 bedroom quad holiday villa in Alicante is situated at "La Pinada", Los Altos. It comprises driveway, porch, living/dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, shower-room, bathroom, balcony, roof solarium and communal pool.

The villa has parking for a vehicle on the driveway and a porch with table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Through the front door you have the living/dining room with 3 seater sofa, armchair and a portable gas fire for the winter. The kitchen, located to the rear of the living/dining room, is fully equipped and the door takes you out to the galleria area with washing machine.

There is one bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds, and the second and third one on the first floor with single beds.

Furthermore, there is a shower room and a main bathroom with tub and shower.

There is a balcony on the first floor, through a door off of the landing and has a table and 6 chairs. Another door takes you up a spiral staircase to the roof solarium which has all day sunshine, great to get that Mediterranean tan. There are 2 sunloungers.

The communal pool, with children's shallow area is located to the rear of the property.

No smoking in the property. No pets.

Via Park 3 commercial centre is a 5-10 minute walk with its restaurants, including Spud Murphy's fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese and Ghandi Indian restaurant, several English bars, including Damo's Irish Bar, Lime Bar, Liberty's Bar and Grill, Butterflies tea room, There is also the Post Room which offers internet access and an English supermarket - Olivers.

Via Park 5, approx 15 minutes walk has a Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte, Cavern Pub and a really nice wine bar - All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars. The Emerald Isle with its summertime evening entertainment is a 20 minute walk. The Emerald Isle also has a large swimming pool and bowls green.

Driving distance from the property you have ….
4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away. Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between May and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park. Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

Markets ….
There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 25-30 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

1. Air conditioning in the living room is additional at £20 per week. A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
2. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
3. Changeovers any day of the week, subject to availability.
4. You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
5. A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!
6. A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
7. Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
8. Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
9. If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
10. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL COST FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY, UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.
