Alicante Villa: La Cinuelica R10

This Alicante villa is a fully air-conditioned, 2 bedroom terraced townhouse, located opposite the communal pool and situated at Residencial La Cinuelica, Los Altos. There is a tiled porch area for al fresco dining.

The living/dining room which has air conditioning, providing hot or cold air, has a sofa (sofa-bed) and for entertainment you have TV with English TV channels.

The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a window looking to the rear of the property and a door leading to the outside galleria. Also on the ground floor you have a downstairs WC.

Both bedrooms are located on the first floor along with the bathroom and have air-conditioning and 2 single beds. The fully tiled bathroom has a tub with shower.

The roof solarium has views of the surrounding area. The gated communal pool with lawn area is directly in front of the property.

No smoking in the property. No pets. The property is not suitable for wheelchairs. Bedrooms are located on the 1st floor.

Parking is available on the road close to the property. There is a metre for the air-conditioning, which takes 2 Euro coins.

Walking distance from the property you have ….
Several supermarkets, many bars and restaurants including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Chinese and Indian restaurant and several English bars.Via Park 5, 20 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars. You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar. Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week.

Punta Marina complex with Plus and Eroski supermarket, Wok Buffet restaurant, Chinese, Captain's Table restaurant, Amigos and Greta Garbo's.
Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurant - both highly recommended. The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment. Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 20 minute walk.

Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

Driving distance from the property you have ….
4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.
Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.
Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

Markets ….
There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20-25 minute walk (10 minutes drive).
Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

1. A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
2. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
3. Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
4. You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
5. A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form.
6. A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
7. Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
8. Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
9. If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
