Alicante Villa: La Cinuelica R1

This south-east facing 2 bedroom apartment rental in Alicante is situated in the same row as the communal pool, 4 properties away, and has a large rooftop solarium with sea view.

Walk in through the gate and you have the garden area which has been laid to patio, to the side you have the driveway. Before entering the property you have a shaded porch area with patio table and 4 chairs.

Through the front door you have the air-conditioned living/dining room which comprises 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, dining table and 4 chairs. The window, with curtains, looks out onto the front of the property. For entertainment there is a television and DVD player, English TV channels (via private satellite dish, so channels cannot be cut off). Please bring your own DVD's and CD's.

The archway at the end of the dining room takes you into the fully tiled kitchen with wooden units and marble worktop. The glass door to the side of the kitchen leads out into the galleria area with washing machine and hot water heater. Off of the living room and through the archway will take you to the main bedroom and bathroom. The main air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed, wheras the second bedroom consists of 2 single beds. The main bathroom has a bath with shower.

Going back out of the apartment rental and to the side of the property you have stairs that lead up to the roof top solarium with views of the sea and Torrevieja. The rooftop solarium has a patio table, 2 chairs and 4 sunloungers.

The villa is suitable for families, couples, golfers and elderly. There is one step leading from the road to the pathway and a step into the property. Pets are not allowed, the villa is non-smoking, smoking is permitted outside only.

The hot/cold air-conditioning in the main bedroom and living/dining room is an optional extra.

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 15 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Chinese and Indian restaurant, several English bars, including Damo's Bar, Tony's Music Bar, Liberty's, Lime Bar a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room and the Post Room which offers internet access.

Via Park 5, 20 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.
You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar.

Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week.

Punta Prima Commercial Centre with Consum supermarket, Wok buffet (Chinese), Chinese restaurant, Dave's Family bar, Piazza II, English clothes shop, shoe shop, cosmetics shop, chemists, electrical shop, petrol station.

Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurant - both highly recommended. The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment. Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 20 minute walk.

Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

Driving distance from the property you have ….
4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away. Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.

Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20-25 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

1. Air conditioning £25 per week.
2. Anon-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
3. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
4. Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
5. A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
6. You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
7. A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!
8. Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
9. Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
10. Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
11. If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
12. No additional costs for cleaning the property at the end of your holiday. Unlike many operators.
