Vacation Rental Description

Casa Bonita is a modern detached villa ,on its own plot with a private pool. Newly built in typical 'pueblo' style, the villa lies on a gently sloping hillside ,within a peaceful residential area, facing the Spanish village of Benitachell ,and mid way between the resorts of Moraira and Javea.

Immaculately presented and beautifully furnished , the villa accommodation comprises an open plan lounge /dining room, a modern well equipped kitchen, cloakroom with additional wash hand basin and WC, and a covered terrace area or'naya' This provides an extra seating and dining area and  affords open views across the countryside to the mountains of the Sierra de Bernia and the Montgo of Javea.

A circular staircase leads down to 3 double bedrooms. (2 with king sized beds and 1 with twin beds) All have double wardrobes and ceiling fans. There are 2 separate bathrooms for maximum flexibility.

Two of the bedrooms open directly on to the extensive pool terrace and garden area.The 8x4 metre pool has Roman steps and underwater lighting. There are sunbeds, patio furniture, parasols, and a portable BBQ. The villa and pool terraces are southwest facing ,allowing for all day sunshine . The sunsets  between 9-10pm during the summer months, enabling guests to enjoy a full day out , and still enjoy the  warm evening sun,  great sunsets and a refreshing drink or a chilled glass of wine from one of the terraces at the villa.

Other amenities include a TV with free to view channels, DVD player and DVD library. and a ,collection of books CD player and radio, washing machine, iron etc, hairdryer, digital safe, alarm system. Underfloor heating for the cooler months.Private, enclosed gated parking adjacent to the front entrance.

The villa is situated within a residential area, not a holiday complex , and there are no other rental properties  in the immediate vicinity. Our neighbours are  are always happy to assist guests and are accustomed to a changing clientele.
