Air conditioning included in rental price.A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.Changeovers any day of the week, subject to availability.A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.You will be met at the property with the keys and shown around. The local area will be explained to you and any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival.
