Vacation Rental Description

This luxury villa is great for families of all ages. Enter through the private gates to the driveway and
to your right you will see the front garden area. Continue down the driveway to an open courtyard
with parking for 3 cars. Shady courtyard with parking for at least 3 cars

The poolside Naya is used for outside dining in the shade and the gas barbecue is situated here. Continue through the main archway to the swimming pool area. The pool area is well lit for late swimming. There is good outside lighting for night time entertaining too.

Walking away from the pool towards the front of the property on the East side facing the rising sun is the balcony terrace opening from the master bedroom. From the balcony we walk back to the driveway and enter the property through the main entrance.

Through the front doors we step into the summer lounge which has Sky TV, DVD and books to read (English). Comfortable seating in 2 areas and coffee tables

Up 3 steps to the dining area. Ahead and to the left of the dining room at a lower level through glass doors lies "The snug" which is also our 4th bedroom when larger parties are present. This has an entrance to the poolside naya and family bathroom.

About Alicante Javea

Located in The Montgo National Park on the peninsular opposite to Ibiza. Javea is in the Northern Costa Blanca, Spain in a very peaceful setting, but not isolated. Within 5 minutes you can be in Javea Port. There are wonderful cliff top and forest walks from the door. The position is unique offering tranquility even in high season. There are a good choice of sandy beaches and interesting coves close by. Good shopping facilities, excellent restaurants and bars and delightful promenades from the small port area.
