Vacation Rental Description

This 2 bedroom quad Alicante apartment rental is situated at Playa Golf 3, Campoamor, located approx 5 mins drive from Cabo Roig strip and Cabo Roig/Campoamor beaches. Locally you have a commercial complex with bars and restaurants.

The lower level of the garden has been laid with stones. The sheltered porch has been laid with tiles, ideal for al fresco dining. Through the front door you have the living/dining room with two 2 seater sofas, and TV with English channels.

The fully tiled and fitted kitchen is located at the rear of the dining area and provides all you need.The main bedroom has a double bed and the second one 2 single beds. The bathroom has a tub with shower.

Outside the property you have stairs that lead up to the roof solarium with a storage cupboard with patio table and 4 chairs, 2 relaxing chairs and a parasol.

There is a communal pool located to the rear of the property (you are unable to see the pool from the property).

No smoking, no pets.

The property is situated a short walking distance from a commercial complex with bars, restaurants, Aldi supermarket and a bank.

Approx 15 mins drive you have the Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf, restaurants. Las Habaneras shopping centre, with 3 storeys of shops. Aquapolis water park, pitch and putt. Villamartin golf club, Royal Campoamor golf club and Las Ramblas golf club are a short drive away (approx 5 mins).

Elche where you will discover the world of Palm trees (one of the great collections in the world) is 45km. Alicante, the capital of the Costa Blanca and a great place to shop, eat, explore and has a lovely marina is 55km. Benidorm, where you will also find “Terra Mitca” theme park – which is a great day out. Mundomar etc is 85km.

Approximately 45 mins drive from Alicante airport or 30 mins from Murcia airport.

Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged if required. If you do not want to drive from either airport but require a car we are able to provide an airport collection service with car hire at the property. A car would be advisable when staying at this property.

Notes on Villa Prices

1. A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
2. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
3. Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
4. A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
5. You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
6. A grocery pack can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late night arrivals, bank holidays or Sundays out of season when most supermarkets are shut.
7. Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
8. Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
9. Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
10. If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
11. WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR THE FINAL CLEAN OR FOR MEETING YOU AT THE PROPERTY WITH THE KEYS. UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.
