A fully furnished luxury apartment in Alicante is located on the 1st floor of a 4 floor modern building with lift and reception area. Its 87 m2 makes it a very comfortable place for your holidays.

The pictures speak for themselves. A large fully equiped kitchen with dining room at the side or if you prefer a more relaxed dinner, enjoy eating at the nice dining table in its comfortable living room. The luxury apartment has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining room, large kitchen, large living room and two patios.

This wonderful Alicante apartment is located in a very conveniant place in Alicante city, one of the most popular places in Costa Blanca. It is just 5 minutes walk to the sea, 5 to 10 minutes by car to the centre of the town, main beach of Alicante and just 20 minutes to the airport. Buses, train station and shops are also nearby at walking distance.

By road, boat or plane, - Any means of transport is suitable to get to this city called “City of light”. With more than 3,000 years of history, patent in the remains left by different civilizations, the capital of the Costa Blanca offers the most varied landscapes and the most enviable contrasts.

A cultural city with wide parks, gardens and a city centre with lots of businesses, Alicante also enjoy night-life. Furthermore, its fine sand beaches count with multiple services. And it goes on improving! Alicante keeps up its efforts in order to increase the number of projects held and the illusion to maintain it, as always, as a tourist destination par excellence. Alicante welcomes the summer from the beach. Thousands of people congregate on the Postiguet beach for the “Alicante dawn”, a macro-concert for young people held in a great party atmosphere.

Between November and December, to see the year out, the International Puppet Festival “Festitíteres” provides a never-ending programme of shows and parallel events, all in different settings. Each year, the various techniques of puppet manipulation get a bigger and better reception. On Fridays and Saturdays in July and August, and under the name “Castle Nights”, the rendezvous is on the Patio of Arms in the Castle of Santa Barbara where musical events and open-air dining are on the programme.

At the beginning of July, the city centre goes back in time when the medieval market recreates the atmosphere of the fairs held in the middle Ages. Special decorations are put up and craftsmen and women take over the streets and squares of the city. In November and by way of promoting contemporary playwrights, the theatre festival puts on avant-garde works in several different places. Contemporary musicians also have the chance to perform their works at the Contemporary Music Festival held in September, with both indoor and open-air concerts.

Although there are over 300 varieties of rice dish to choose from, the wealth of the area’s gastronomy does not finish there. The produce from the surrounding countryside and, of course, the sea offers the full and varied range of the Mediterranean diet. More than noteworthy also are the dried and salted fish products, whilst typical desserts are the ice-creams and “turrón”(somewhat like nougat) in its two authentic varieties, Jijona (soft) and Alicante (hard). It goes down well with fondillón, a local fortified wine considered to be an ecological jewel mentioned in literature since XVI century.
