Vacation Rental Description

This spacious Algarve holiday villa is centrally situated in Vilamoura, the internationally renowned recreation resort, close to all amenities which makes it an ideal location for family or golfing holidays.

The two twin bedrooms share a wide sunny balcony with views over parkland to the Marina and sea, there are 2 bathrooms and a separate fully fitted kitchen. the comfortably furnished lounge has 2 sofas and a dining area for 6 people. Outside the property, there is a south-facing front garden and back patio with garden furniture, sunbeds and a private grassed area with BBQ facilities. The large, secluded swimming pool is communal with a shallow children's area.

Directly opposite the villa is an open park space which incorporates 'VilamouraTenis' Club, which has excellent facilities for beginners or experienced tennis players. The Marina narby offers varied watersports and boat trips and there are 2 waterparks within 10 minutes' drive.

Vilamoura is famous for its golf courses and there are 5 within a short drive of the property. The Algarve is known for its golden, sandy beaches, and Vilamoura has one of the best 'European Blue Flag' beaches within a short distance of the property. As you can see, we have a lot to offer within a beautiful area.

About The Algarve Vilamoura

* * Vilamoura Marina is just 10 mins. walk and is a bustling area of restaurants and bars with a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Walk along the beach to Quarteira where the fishing harbour and fish market create a more Portuguese setting. Lots of local restaurants to try the fresh fish and grilled chicken 'piri-piri'. Colourful local market every Wednesday, not to be missed.

* * 'VilamouraTenis' Club is directly opposite the villa with facilities for beginners or experienced tennis players.

* * GOLF is the main sport that VILAMOURA has to offer, the villa is very close to FIVE Vilamoura golf courses - Pinhal, Laguna, Millenuim, Victoria and The Old Course are all within 5-10 minutes by car. Quinta do Lago and Vale de Lobo are 20 mins. away, and the championship course at VilaSol is just 15 mins. We have a contact number for golf fee discounts.

* * Varied water-sports are available at the MARINA - paragliding, jet-skiing, water skiing etc. Power boats for hire.

* * The Marina also offers deep sea, shark-fishing day trips as well as boat trips along the coast and dolphin-watching.

* * There are 4 Waterparks along the Algarve, The AQUASHOW and ATLANTIC PARK are within 10 mins. drive of Vilamoura, and offer a great day out for both adults and children.

* * ZOOMARINE, at Guia (20 mins. drive) has a fantastic dolphin show as well as many other attractions for a reasonably priced excursion.

* * CRAZY WORLD slightly inland at Algoz (30 mins in car) has a 18 hole pitch & put crazy golf course, good fun for everybody. there is a small zoo, crocodile and snake show as well as a swimming pool area.
