This is a lovely 2 bedroom, air conditioned townhouse (adjoined villa) in a superb 4-star complex - with communal pools set in 6.5 acres and less than a 10 minute walk to the golden sands and honey coloured cliffs of São Rafael beach.

We have a number of similar houses at this complex. This is an ideal location that will appeal to all holiday-makers - couples, single or families!

This resort presents an opportunity that can almost certainly never be beaten. Here you can just sit back and relax - in a private and secure environment. Our townhouse accommodates up to 6 people and offers a bit of paradise for every taste and budget.

The house is air conditioned, and incorporates all the best in contemporary Algarvean architecture. It offers a large living and dining room adjacent to the lounge, marble fireplace, full sized kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a private terrace, satellite TV (showing some English channels) and direct telephone (24 hour reception).

Please note that we have a number of houses for holiday rentals at this location. They are all of a similar specification and standard. The interior photographs are representative of this, although there may be differences in the decor and furnishings of the house that you may be allocated.

The townhouse is at a four star rated resort set within 6.5 luxurious acres overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful lush gardens. In additional to the two pools there is also a tennis court, children's playground and a restaurant/bar that offers entertainment every night of the week. There are also special themed meals/nights - carverys Barbeque, parties etc. Other amenities include an on-site laundry and a mini-market.

The resort has been designed to offer its residents a perfect holiday combination by being both welcoming and comfortable. Escape to an enchanting hideaway of secluded townhouses with lush gardens and inviting pathways - the perfect spot for a wonderful Algarve holiday!

Notes on Villa Prices

1. Tariff is per week for 2007 for up to 6 people sharing.

   A security deposit may be required on arrival for certain properties (please enquire). This will be refunded prior to departure as appropriate.

   Minimum 7 days rental.

   Changeover days can be flexible - please ask.

   Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.

   30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking or on request.

   The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.

   We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.

   But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
