Magnificent new 5 bedroom villa in The Algarve with pool located on the luxury estate of Quinta do Lago. Spacious bright entrance with guest cloakroom. Double glass doors lead into beautifully furnished lounge with Digital TV,wood burning stove. Separate cozy TV room with Digital TV, music center and DVD. From lounge there are two sets of patio doors leading out to swimming pool with large terraced area ideal for dining all-fresco.

Large fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances and separate utility room. Access to exterior terraced area with built in BBQ. The ground floor has 3 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. All have ensuite shower rooms.

Sweeping staircase with wrought iron bannister leads up to circular landing on first floor. Two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes & double doors leading to private terrace overlooking pool & garden. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with separate shower cubicles.

Master ensuite with jacuzzi bath. Air conditioning included. 3 of the bedrooms have TV and radio. Integrated sound system inside & out. Safe. Large games room in basement with pool table, table tennis, darts. Fully tiled pool 11 x 6. Pool heating (supplement payable). Maid service included
