Vacation Rental Description

A lovely spacious 4 bedroom villa with sofa bed for two additional children. Two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms.  Basement bedroom has its own living room, bathroom & small kitchen area. There is also a sofa bed for up to two extra people.

Vale de Parra - 5kms west of Albufeira and just a few minutes drive to beaches.

This spacious villa is surrounded by a large garden - beautifully maintained with flower beds and lawns. There are amazing views to the sea and several golden sandy beaches are just a couple of minutes away by car.

This villa has four bedrooms, but one is complete with its own sitting room - with sofa bed - and small kitchenette area (kettle, sink etc) so allows an extended family to have a good element of privacy - grandparents, for example, or teenagers. This suite also has its own satellite TV.

On the ground floor of the villa there are two bedrooms with bathroom en-suite, guest
toilet, big living area with dining area, log burning fire, satellite TV and the fully-equipped kitchen.

Upstairs there is another bedroom with its own satellite TV, bathroom and terrace.

In the basement there is a separate living area with bedroom, living space with satellite TV, bath and small kitchen, so is ideal for the extended family travelling together.

From the sitting room you reach the roofed terrace and pool and barbecue area, from where there's a marvellous sea view.

In fact this villa offers fantastic views to the sea from almost all rooms...and jump in the car and you'll be on any one of a number of beautiful beaches in just a few minutes.

There is a supermarket just a 2 minute drive away and there are local cafes, bars etc within a 15 minute stroll - so while the villa sits back from the main roads it is within easy striking distance of all local amenities.

And when the peace and quiet gets too much you can be in Albufeira in just 5 minutes!

About The Algarve Albufeira

This villa has the best of both worlds - it is in a quiet location within easy reach of many lovely beaches but only a 5 minute drive from the larger resort of Albufeira and all the amenities this offers.

As a result of the tide of tourism the once upon a time fishing village of Albufeira has expanded since the 1960s into a major holiday resort but has still retained its essential Portuguese character.

A plentiful collection of bars, restaurants and clubs start to fill-up after sunset.  The narrow streets become busy with tourists enjoying the shops, nightlife and general ambience of this lovely resort.

Albufeira has some great beaches running from the Old Town's Fisherman's beach, where the locals land their daily catches, to Forte São João, Praia da Oura and Santa Eulalia.

A little further afield there there is a good selection of good beaches running both to the east and west from the town.

Praia de Balaia, São Rafael, Praia de Castelo, Praia de Falésia, Praia de Galé, de Olhos d’Agua, Praia de Maria Luisa being the main ones.

There are also various theme parks in the area - perfect for keeping the children happy during your stay .

Notes on Villa Prices

1. Tariff is per week for 2007 based on 8 people sharing.  For up to two additional guests add an extra 150euros / 115 GBP each

2. Minimum rental period - 7 days. Changeover days can be flexible - please ask
3. Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros
4. Max 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking
5. Security / damages deposit may be payable on arrival for some properties
6. The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy
7. We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach
8. But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
