Recently upgraded 2 bedroom duplex townhouse apartment just a two minute walk to the beautiful Blue Flag beach in Burgau.

With two terraces and views of both the village and the sea this newly renovated property undoubtedly has one of the best views in Burgau.

Imagine yourself there now...on your terrace ...a glass of wine in one hand, good book in the other...and the sea just yards from your door! What are you waiting for...?

This lovely duplex townhouse is the dream property for those of you who just yearn to be beside the Algarve seaside! Just a stroll down the cliff path directly outside the apartment and you'll be making sandcastles in minutes.

This attractively furnished two storey property is technically an apartment, as there is a single floor above, but in style this is a real traditional Algarve village house - you'll think you are in a private cottage. Set on two levels the entrance door leads into a bright and colourful lounge /dining area, with patio doors direct to the terrace...and those spectacular sea views.

This balcony has two reclining chairs for soaking up that view.

The kitchen is also on this floor and this is fully equipped with washing machine, the usual electrical goods, hob and a small oven. Traditionally tiled.

Downstairs there are two good sized bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes and access to another terrace.

On this level there is a dining table and chairs for al fresco meals, small barbecue and even a clothes line for getting those beach towels dried in double quick time! This is a real home from home for the beach worshipper.

Being right in the heart of this lovely village the apartment is also just a two minute stroll from restaurants, mini market, cafés etc - perfect if you prefer not to drive.

And when you do yearn for just a little more activity, just a 10 minute drive will take you to the historical old town of Lagos, with its cosmopolitan atmosphere and mix of old and new.

The stunning west coast beaches are easy to reach for those who like to experience some body boarding or surfing or just take in the breathtaking grandeur of those unspouilt beaches.

Burgau is a 70/75 min drive from Faro Airport.

Burgau Beach is reputed to be one of the safest in the Algarve, being sheltered and usually without high waves - great for children, making the village a real favourite with families who return year after year.

The village of Burgau is charming and traditional, but completely in touch with the modern holidaymaker, offering the best of both worlds for all ages. With the perfect village beach it is ideal for families and its cosmopolitan mix of restaurants and bars also suits couples and singles who want some atmosphere but not the busy streets of more major resorts such as Albufeira.

1. Tariff is per week per property for up to 4 people sharing

2. An extra child can be accommodated in a folding bed for an additional 50 GBP / 75 euros per week
3. Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season
4. Changeover days can be flexible - please ask
5. Out of peak season parties can be accommodated at a reduced rate for longer rentals - please ask
6. Payment is by cheque or bank transfer. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival
