Vacation Rental Description

This luxury villa in the Algarve is well equipped with sky tv, 42inch plasma TV, dvd player and music centre, fully fitted kitcheng including washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. There is a large dining table with eight chairs, the villa has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable . The bedrooms are all airconditioned two doubles with built in wardrobes and safes and a twin room, one of the doubles is en-suite. There is a large dining room with an additional seating area, leading to the lounge which in turn leads onto a balcony with views of the river valley.

The garden area is well stocked with fruit trees which you are welcome to pick when in season. Along side the garden runs a drive with plenty of parking.

At the back of the property there is a large barbarcue area with seating and a palm tree, this is next to the pool area which has sun loungers for you to enjoy the hot portugeuse sun and cool off with a dip.

About The Algarve Other

The Algarve luxury villa is situated in the hamlet of Odelouca over looking the river of the same name. This is the ideal base for historic Silves where you wander through cobbled streets to castle and cathedral. There are also many bars and restaurants in Silves for you to enjoy.

Many beaches,water and adventure parks, golf courses and the stunning monchique hills are all within a 20 minute drive. There is a private pool for you and your family to enjoy and why not finish the day with a barbarcue and relax on the sun furniture provided for you comfort. If you enjoy walking you can walk through some of the beautiful countryside that surronds the villa.

Notes on Villa Prices

1. You will be met on arrival by ourselves, we also provide a starter pack to get your holiday off to a good start .

2. The linen and towels are provided but please note that the towels are not to be used around the pool or the beach so please bring your own.
3. This property is child friendly and we can leave toys and books, c.d.s, dvd's and videos.
4. There is a 20% non-refundable deposit required to secure your booking the remaing balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
5. There is a £200.00 damage deposit to be paid with the remaining balance but this will be refunded after departure providing no damage has been caused to the property.
