This stunning villa in the Algarve is located in Maritenda, at the edge of Villamoura on the road to Albufeira. This is a modern villa with private swimming pool in the Algarve and the perfect choice for a family of up to 6 people who want to enjoy a totally private holiday home with a large garden.

This villa in the Algarve comes with three bedroom: all bedrooms have built in wardrobes, extremely comfortable beds and the master bedroom ensuite is superb. There is a second bathroom not en-suite to any of the bedrooms.

The living room has satellite TV, DVD, VCR, Music centre and collection of books & magazines. The modern kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped with everything you need to dine at home. The living room, dining room, kitchen and one bedroom have French doors leading to individual covered patio areas.

The garden is bathed in sunshine throughout the day but also has ample shaded areas provided by mature Carob fruit trees and covered terraces that surround part of the villa. An outside bbq is provided to enhance the experience of outdoor living. The outdoor dining set can be located either in sunshine or in the shaded areas. A hammock in the shade is the perfect spot for a snooze after lunch.

This private full size pool with a huge sun deck. It has steps to facilitate easy entry in the shallow end. Garden lighting are timed to operate from 9.pm until midnight creating a wonderful romantic ambiance in this superb alfresco setting. Sports towels for use at the pool are provided.

PLEASE NOTE: This villa in the Algarve is best suited for families. It is not suited for groups of young people (under 23) nor for hen / stag trips, nor same sex groups under 30 years of age unless the purpose of their trip is professional or hobby orientated. The owner keeps the right to refuse such groups on arrival.
