Vacation Rental Description

High standard, fully air conditioned, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa, located in the new resort of Varandas do Lago. Only 20 minutes from Faro Airport, it is situtated in prime location between the prestigious resorts and Golf Courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. Stunning beaches and superb restaurants nearby! Car Hire recommended
Bedroom 1 with twin beds, large built in wardrobes and air con. Patio doors lead out to front garden.
Bedroom 2 with double bed, large built in wardrobes and air con. View over pool area.
Bedroom 3 with double bed, large built in wardrobes air con.

Bedroom 1 has a separate large bathroom with shower, wc, bidet.
Bedroom 2 master (en suite), with shower, wc, bidet.
Bedroom 3, with shower over jacuzzi bath, wc, bidet.

Extendable kitchen table with 4 chairs & baby chair. Large fridge freezer; oven & hob with both gas & electric rings; washer/dryer; microwave; kettle; toaster;

Beautiful interior decorated large living room/dining room with double doors leading out to pool/bbq area. 3 seater, 2 seater & 1 seater sofas, cable tv & stereo. Stunning dining area with glass top table & marble legs and 8 high back leather chairs.

Marble stairs. Private roof terrace with sun beds. Barbeque. Pool fenced off for children's safety. Travel cot in villa.

Towels, beach towels and linen (also for cot) included. Maid service provided twice per week with a weekly change of clean linen/towels.

About The Algarve Vale do Lobo

Ancao beach is only 2 minutes drive away with sun beds/parasols; watersports with authentic restaurants overlooking the sea. Vale do Lobo beach just 5 mins drive away is in a real lively area, again with sun beds/parasols; watersports and a huge selection of restaurants - the perfect place for all the family and an evening cocktail to watch the sunset!

Golf
5 minutes drive to the famous Quinta do Lago golf courses (North and South). 5 minutes drive to Vale do Lobo golf courses (Royal and Ocean). 5 minutes drive to Pinheros Altos and San Lorenzo golf courses.

Travel
Faro Airport is only 20 minutes drive away. Car Hire is recommended and details of a professional private car hire company can be supplied if requested - saves all the queueing at the main car hire desks!

Distances
Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are only 2 minutes drive away. Faro Town is just 15 minutes; Guia again 15 minutes for great shopping. Vilamoura Marina and Loule are close by including the quaint village of Tavira.

Further details
Large supermarket just 5 minutes drive away includes several brands from home! Local supermarkets carry full range of groceries also. Superb restaurants are all close by - a list of which can also be supplied. Fantastic outdoor waterparks nearby.
