It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a unit indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". You will be asked to insert your credit card details through our secure payment system only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the accommodation. In case your chosen serviced apartment or residence needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. If you have selected a "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" rate the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the accommodation at the time of booking. |
